From one family to millions
Family Ties AI began with one family, but the mission is much bigger: to make trusted, everyday support available to families everywhere. We want to help people live with greater independence, confidence and connection, while giving the people who care about them a clearer sense of how they are doing — even when they cannot be there in person. By bringing personalised support through familiar messages and phone calls, our goal is to remove the barriers that often make care technology difficult to adopt and create something that feels simple, natural and genuinely useful in everyday life.
We are building Family Ties AI to become a trusted part of the support network around millions of families — working alongside relatives, carers and professionals, not replacing them. Whether someone is living with memory difficulties, managing a long-term condition, ageing independently or simply needs a little more support day to day, our mission is to make sure distance, busy lives or difficult circumstances never have to mean facing those moments alone.
And we are only at the beginning. As AI technology continues to advance, Family Ties AI will evolve with it — introducing new capabilities, smarter personalisation and more useful ways to support everyday life. Our aim is not to build a product that stands still, but a platform that continues learning, improving and expanding as the technology around it becomes more capable.
